Eligible after at least one payment under the payment order, or at least 3 consecutive payments under the registrar's order; payments must continue monthly. Not applicable to alimony cases.
Money
If approved, salary seizure, current-account seizure, movables seizure and realisation of a registered vehicle seizure are not taken, or are stayed or cancelled.
