- 30 days from SERVICE of the notice to ask to be tried (s.8(c)) or to ask cancellation (s.8a(a)); after a rejection, 30 days from the decision to ask to be tried (s.8a(e)); pay within 60 days of service (up to 120 for listed regulations) (s.16)
- Money
- Cancellation request does NOT postpone payment (s.8a(d)); an appeal (ערר) does not either (s.16(b)); fine goes to the municipal treasury (s.22)
