  • supporting measurement or lease/handover evidence
  • claimed correct classification or area
Dates
90 days from RECEIPT of the payment notice (s.3(a)). Manager must answer within 60 days of receiving it; SILENCE = deemed ACCEPTED, unless the appeals committee extended by up to 30 more days for special reasons (s.4). The notice itself must state these rights and dates (s.7a).
Money
Does not suspend the duty to pay (Kol Zchut, via search snippet - verify). Refund/credit if accepted.
