Dates: Submit at least 14 days before travel. It reaches the file within 7 business days. Urgent = decision needed within 24 hours (excl. Sabbath/holidays); also send a bureau notice. Paying the full debt in the case cancels the order.
Money: No fee for the request; affidavit signing has a fee; guarantee costs are the debtor's.
