Who it is for
A person holding a money judgment, bounced cheque or bill. The site marks only case types 1 (money judgment) and 8 (bills) as allowed for non-lawyers
What the form asks
  • delivery contact (phone or e-mail) saved first
  • case type
  • creditor and debtor parties (ID, address)
  • debt principal and components, interest/linkage rules
  • judgment date and service of notice date
  • vehicle / property details if pledge
Dates
Opening is up to 10 working days. After the case opens, a warning is sent: 20 days (30 for fixed-sum and bills) before enforcement. The wizard blocks filing when too many days passed since judgment or over a year since notice.
