Every local council may grant an arnona discount under one national set of regulations. Most discounts are given only on a signed application, and in some councils the 2026 application closes on 31.12.2026.

Who it is for

  • You are the registered holder of the property
  • One of the listed situations: senior on an allowance, disability or loss of earning capacity, new immigrant, single parent, active reservist, long-term care recipient, low household income, and more
  • Only one discount applies, the highest, and for one property

    Download the matching certificate from National Insurance

    Fill in and sign the council's application
