certificate from the previous authority that no discount is received (also required even if now registered in Ramat Gan, for periods spent elsewhere)

income test: pay slips / NII 'insurance and wages' report / benefits certificate / tax assessment for self-employed, for the applicant and every adult relative in the dwelling;
