payslips and bank statements for ALL residents for the whole previous year (for requests from 2026); self-employed: annual income assessment; non-working: NII non-worker status;
no-discount certificate from the other authority if registered elsewhere
for exceptional committee: payslips (3 months), bank statements, medical expense proofs, children details
reservist: valid active-reservist certificate; new immigrant: olim certificate; single parent: ID+ספח and status proof (bachelor: lawyer-signed affidavit; divorced: divorce agreement showing custody)
