Dates: Statutory due date 1/1; the city council allows 6 bimonthly payments on 31/1, 1/3, 1/5, 1/7, 1/9, 1/11. Annual lump sum paid by 31/1 earns 1%. Later payments carry linkage + arrears interest; two missed instalments make the whole year due.
Money: Bank standing order (הוראת קבע בנקאית) discount: 2% if annual arnona up to 80,000; 1% for 80,001-150,000; 0.5% for 150,001-250,000; none above 250,000. Credit-card standing order: 12 monthly payments and 1% discount. Annual lump sum by 31/1: 1%.
